Knockdown of hub genes inhibits mitochondrial oxidative stress in PDGF-induced PASMCs. PASMCs were transfected with non-targeting siRNA or COX6B1 and HMGCL siRNA for 24 h before PDGF stimulation (10 ng/ml) for 24 h, mitoSOX level and activity of MnSOD were examined.
