MCF-10 A cells had a large number of stress fibers, while MCF-7 cells demonstrated irregular shape and membrane ruffles. Scale bar, 10 μm. (B) Coherency of the actin cytoskeleton measured in MCF-10 A and MCF-7 cells. MCF-7 cells exhibited a less organized actin network and significantly lower coherency values compared to MCF-10 A cells.
