Experimental protocol. Participants underwent a motion capture gait experiment, the optical motion capture (OMC) group with markers, and the control group in their everyday clothing. Six saliva samples were taken during and after the experiment (S0−S5) and two sets of questionnaires (Q-pre, Q-post) were filled out at the start and end. The OMC group filled out an additional questionnaire after the marker placement (Q-marker).
