Recovery (%) of DEX from Nile River water spiked at an initial analyte concentration of 5.0 × 10⁻⁵ M using polymer 10 as the sorbent in solid-phase extraction (SPE). For each experiment, 3 mL of the spiked sample was incubated with 20 mg of MMIP10 or MNIP10 for 2 h. * Indicates a statistically significant difference between each MIP and its corresponding NIP (unpaired two-tailed t-test, p < 0.05). All experiments were performed in triplicate (n = 3), and error bars represent ± SD.
