Score | Description |
1 | Absent — no bone present |
2 | Very severely fragmented — bone crushed into a high amount of very small fragments (less than 5 mm) |
3 | Severely fragmented — bone broken into many small fragments (less than 1 cm in size). |
4 | Fragmented — bone fragmented into several fragments; |
5 | Slightly fragmented — bone intact with a missing portion or fragmented into less than 3 big fragments |
6 | Intact — complete, intact bone present |
