Water consumption of 5xFAD mice with taurine supplementation. There were no significant differences between the control and WT animals. (G) Total body weight at 5 months of age for WT (n = 10), untreated 5xFAD (n = 9) and 5xFAD mice treated with varying doses of taurine (n = 10 per group). There were no significant differences.
