From: Parafenestella varangrensis sp. nov., a phomenin producing fungus from the Arctic
The best-scoring maximum-likelihood tree showing the phylogenetic placement of the isolate 079cE1.2 within the genus Parafenestella. The Bayesian analysis produced a similar tree (Supplementary Figure S1) with differences in the topology around certain terminal nodes and the node splitting into the P. ontariensis branch and the two more derived clades shown as polytomy. The node support is given as BP and PP values (- when missing), Paradendryphiella salina was used as an outgroup taxon and the scale bar shows the rate of nucleotide substitutions per site.
