A study flow chart depicting the prospective enrollment of 111 COVID-19 patients from three hospitals in central Thailand spanning from July 2021 to December 2022. Plasma samples were collected from enrolled patients, and their neutralizing antibody (nAb) levels against SARS-CoV-1, the SARS-CoV-2 ancestral strain, and 12 SARS-CoV-2 variants were assessed using the multiplex surrogate virus neutralization test (sVNT).
