The left y-axis shows absolute differences in cm², and the right y-axis shows the corresponding percentage differences. Negative values indicate a relative decrease compared to the default protocol, while positive values indicate a relative increase. Error bars represent the 95% confidence intervals.* = statistical significant (p < 0.05).
