Culture characteristics of yak heart coronary smooth muscle cells (CASMCs). (A) Morphological observation of primary CASMCs for 5 and 7 days of in vitro culture. The cultured cells were spindle-like and exhibited a typical “hills and valley” appearance on day 7. Magnification: × 10, Bar = 200 μm.
