The expression of postsynaptic density 95 (PSD95) was evaluated by immunohistochemistry (IHC) at four areas of each slide, namely lesional, perilesional, extralesional, and contralateral, in different experimental groups. In the combination group (Nano-SDF + NSCs), the expression of PSD95 was similar to the sham group in the lesional and perilesional areas. The results are presented as the mean ± SEM.
