Effects of Taraxacum on histone H3 status in various cells. HeLa, Huh6, Huh7, HepG2, Hep3B, and L02 cells were treated for 24 h with the indicated concentrations of T. mongolicum, T. formosanum, or Herba Taraxaci. These cell lysates were subjected to western blot analysis using antibodies against the indicated proteins, with ACTN as the protein loading control. M, kDa: the molecular weight of protein.
