During growing rod treatment, the cervical sagittal balance changes in the patient with PJK. (It is an 8-year-old male patient diagnosed with idiopathic EOS. After the 3rd distraction, scoliosis and hyperkyphosis are corrected well. In the final follow-up, he has PJK above the growing rod.
