Effects of IL-17 expression on proliferation, migration, invasion, and apoptosis of Cal-27 cells. (A) The IL-17 mRNA expression level was higher in Cal-2 cells than in HOEC (human normal oral epithelial cell). (B) The effect of different concentrations of IL-17 on the proliferation of Cal-27 cells was assessed after a 24-hour incubation period using the CCK-8 assay. (C) The effect of different concentrations of IL-17 on the proliferation of Cal-27 cells was assessed after a 48-hour incubation period using the CCK-8 assay.
