Midpoint-rooted phylogenomic trees of norovirus strains. The phylogenetic trees were reconstructed using ML method based on the 1417 downloaded sequences and our 10 assembled results. Branches were collapsed by dual-types and bootstrap values above 60% are depicted on branches. (A) Phylogenomic tree of GII strains.
