Fourteen districts in Fukushima Prefecture. We integrated neighbouring cities and towns into fourteen districts. Population data for each of the fourteen districts were combined and averaged for each of the three periods (2006–2010, 2012–2015, 2016–2018) to calculate mortality rates.
