Characterization of isolated hDPSCs. (a) FACS analysis revealed that the isolated cells were positive for MSCs markers CD 90 and CD105 and negative for the hematopoietic stem cell marker CD34. (b) Multilineage differentiation potential of isolated hDPSCs. Isolated cells demonstrated positive staining for adipogenic (left), chondrogenic (middle) and osteogenic (right) lineages, confirming their mesenchymal stem cell identity.
