Fc and Fc-Angptl3 (with two replicates) cells were transfected with SmarcAL1 siRNA (siRNA1 plus 2) and equivalent luciferase (Luc) siRNAs (three replicates for each). The siRNA-transfected Fc and Fc-Angptl3 cells were grown with DMEM media with 10% FBS at 37 ^oC. Images were obtained under light microscopy (left panels).
