The effects of silybin (SB), silychristin (SCH) and 2,3-dehydrosilybin (DHSB) at 5 and 50 µmol/m concentrations on splenocyte viability assessed by: (a) trypan blue exclusion assay, (b, c) MTT assay and (d, e) neutral red absorption assay in intact cells and cells after 24 h incubation (Ctrl). The decrease in viable cells in the control group was calculated as the percentage of viable intact cells (100%) and their proportions after treatment with SB, SCH and DHSB was calculated as percentage of control. Significantly different values between groups are indicated by lines and are marked as: *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001, ns—not significant.
