Relative gene expression C-X-C motif chemokine ligands in wound tissues of various groups. After making normalization to glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH), the data indicate a fold difference in expression relative to the natural control group and untreated group. The bars indicate the mean ± SD and are based on the results of four independent investigations. A one-way ANOVA test is employed to measure whether there is a significant change between groups, where: a, p < 0.05 when compared to the normal control group on a specified day, b, p < 0.05 when compared to the untreated group on a specified day.
