MiR-10a-5P is the target of LncRNA 4933431K23Rik. (A): In the ENCORI (http://starbase.sysu.edu.cn/) database, the bounding relationship between LncRNA49rik and miR-10a-5p. (B,C): The targeting relationship between miR-10a-5p and LncRNA49rik was verified by double luciferase activity test and Rip experiment in microglia. (D):FISH revealed colocalization between miR-10a-5p and LncRNA49rik in microglia. LncRNA49rik probes were labeled with Alexa Fluor 555. MiR-10a-5p probes were labeled with Alexa Fluor 488. Nuclei were stained with DAPI. (E). The expression of miR-10a-5p after LncRNA49rik over expression was detected by qRT-PCR. NS P > 0.05,**P < 0.01, ***P < 0.001.N = 3.
