GEPIA survival analysis suggests that higher expression of LSP1 mRNA is associated with a better prognosis of cervical cancer patients, indicated by extended overall survival (OS, p = 0.0049, A) and disease-free survival (DFS, p = 0.024, B). (C) Scatter plots generated by TIMER2.0 analysis reveal that LSP1 transcript levels are negatively correlated with estimated tumour purity and tumour infiltration of myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) and M2 macrophages, while positive correlations exist between LSP1 and the abundance of B cell, CD4+ T cell, CD8+ T cell, neutrophil, dendritic cell and M1 macrophage.
