(C) Scatter plots generated by TIMER2.0 analysis reveal that LSP1 transcript levels are negatively correlated with estimated tumour purity and tumour infiltration of myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) and M2 macrophages, while positive correlations exist between LSP1 and the abundance of B cell, CD4+ T cell, CD8+ T cell, neutrophil, dendritic cell and M1 macrophage.
