Knockdown of MEG3 affects the expression and secretion of vasoactive factors in vibration-induced HUVEC injury. Cells and supernatants were collected after vibration for 2.5 h, and the expression level of vasoactive factors were measured by ELISA. N = 3 experimental replicates per group.
