Association of NGB-Raptor in SH-SY5Y cells. CTRL and stably transfected SH-SY5Y-NGB-FLAG cells were lysed in lysis buffer. The supernatant was immunoprecipitated (IP) with mouse anti-Raptor pAb plus protein G-acrylic beads. A mouse IgG isotypic control was used. IPs were analyzed by immunoblot analysis using rabbit anti-Phospho (P)-Raptor (Ser792) antibody or rabbit anti-NGB antibody. IPs were also checked by Immunoblot analysis for the presence of Raptor, using rabbit anti-Raptor mAb. The values represent the mean ± SD of three separate experiments (n = 3). **** p < 0.0001.
