Each black circle represents the mean value per experiment. Each grey circle represents a synaptic bouton. Data are presented as a box plot showing the median and quartiles, while whiskers represent the full data range. Statistical analysis was performed using one-way ANOVA, followed by Tukey’s multiple comparisons test.
