Upregulation of AC133552.2 inhibited osteosarcoma cell proliferation in vivo. (a) Bioluminescence imaging revealed that the fluorescence signals of tumors in the AC133552.2 overexpression group were significantly diminished compared to those in the control group. (b) The tumor size in nude mice was significantly reduced in the AC133552.2 over-expression group compared to the control group. (c) AC133552.2 overexpressing tumors were reduced in size and weight compared to controls.
