Subcellular distribution of phosphoablatant NS5A mutants. Huh7 cells were electroporated with the indicated mJFH-1 WT and mutant RNAs. At 48 h.p.e. cells were fixed and stained for total NS5A (red) and pS225 (green), prior to imaging by Airyscan microscopy. Scale bars: 10 μm and 1 μm (insets). Scatter plots show the co-localization of NS5A and LD (x and y axes, pixel numbers) performed on 10 cells taken from two independent experiments. The correlation value (r) is shown for each image.
