(B,C) Remimazolam decreased the rate of apoptotic neurons (TUNEL-positive cell) in the DG and CA1. (D,E) The levels of Superoxide Dismutase (SOD) and Malondialdehyde (MDA) in the hippocampus were measured to assess the role of remimazolam on LPS-induced oxidative stress.
