An overview of the proposed method, Weakly Supervised Follicle Segmentation (WSFS). WSFS consists of a convolutional neural network (CNN) backbone with a Feature Pyramid Network (FPN) module, an encoder block, a decoder block with a detection branch and a segmentation branch, followed by an optional SAM-Med2d block.
