Doubling time between groups presents statistically significant differences (F-test, p < 0.01). Growth data correspond with the average of two biological replicates (counted by the Newbauer chamber, with three counting replicas) and the error bars presented in (A) correspond with the SD for the raw counting. The doubling time values are presented in (C) were estimated using the “exponential growth with log population” function using GraphPad Prism 9 Version 9.5.0 (525) for macOS. The error bars in this figure correspond with the 95% CI reported by the program.
