A scatter graph presents the clinical isolate AmB Ec50 by life stage (c). Clusters were produced using the optimal number of clusters analysis with the K-means clustering using 4 clusters (d). AmB susceptibility data for the promastigote stage were generated from four technical replicas and as an amastigote from three experimental replicas. The Ec50 was estimated using log(inhibitor) vs. normalized response -- Variable slope regression model, and the error bars presented in C correspond with the values of 95% CI estimated by the program for each Ec50 calculated.
