ERK mRNA electrophoresis figure in different groups.Based on the original detection results from Real-Time PCR, the relative quantitative results of the target gene for each sample were calculated using the 2^(− ΔΔCt) relative quantification formula. This formula accounts for the differences in mRNA transcription levels of the target gene between each sample and the control sample (with the control group serving as the reference). A one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) with the least significant difference (LSD) method was employed for intergroup comparisons.
