Gene expression profiling for NCI-H295R cells treated with polymer, DMSO, ethanol, abiraterone, ABN (abiraterone nanoparticles), curcumin, piperine, PN (piperine nanoparticles), CN (curcumin nanoparticles), and CPN (curcumin piperine nanoparticles) by qRT-PCR. Total RNA was isolated from NCI-H295R cells grown in normal growth medium. The GAPDH gene was used as internal control for data normalization. Analysis of relative gene expression values was performed by the 2−ΔΔCt method. Summaries of qRT-PCR results of three independent experiments (mean ± SD) are shown. *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01.
