Summary of the rescue effect of RESV and AT in G. mellonella and their toxicity profile in human fibroblast cell lines. Treatment with RESV or AT significantly reduced juglone-induced mortality in G. mellonella. The maximum tolerable doses identified in vivo were subsequently used for in vitro studies with human fibroblast cell lines. At these doses, cell viability ranged from 50 to 100%.
