FMR-KO rats have abnormal patterns of comodulation. In controls the patterns of comodulation are more similar than that observed in FMR-KO rats. However, in hippocampal-to- PFC and in PFC-to-PFC pairs, the patterns of comodulation are less similar in controls than that observed in FMR-KO rats. The height of the bars is the mean similarity score and the bars represent 1 standard error.
