Effect of BITC on cytotoxicity in SK-Hep1 and Huh7 cells. (A) Chemical structure of BITC (Molecular weight = 149.21 g/mol) (B) SK-Hep1 and Huh7 cells were exposed to various concentrations of BITC for 24 h and cell viability was assessed by using MTT assay. Data represent means ± SD. *p < 0.05, ***p < 0.001 vs untreated control. All experiments were performed using biological triplicates and independently repeated three times.
