Effect of EO on cell viability. The cells were exposed to the specified concentration (0–400 µg/mL) of RPLEO for 24 h, and the viability of the cells was determined by the MTT assay. Cell viabilities are shown as percentages, and the untreated cells were regarded as 100% viable. Mean ± standard deviation (SD) is presented from three independent experiments, (* = P < 0.05 compared to non-treated cells (negative control)).
