Principal component analysis (PCA) was determined using the results of feed intake, milk yield, milk composition, rumen fermentation parameters, and diversity and relative abundances of rumen bacteria. The black dots are for the control goat group (C), the blue squares are for goats supplemented with Fenugreek sprouts at 15 g/head (F15), and the red triangles are for goats supplemented with Fenugreek sprouts at 30 g/head (F30). The samples clustering and scores were driven mainly by total VFA, acetic, ammonia, predicted methane production, and the relative of phylum Firmicutes.
