HE staining (a-e) and MOVAT staining (f-j) were performed to assess the effects of different power settings on renal artery structure. Images (a-e) show the changes in the arterial wall and smooth muscle with increasing RF power. Panels (k-o) display higher magnification MOVAT staining, highlighting the degree of tissue damage and vascular changes at different power levels.
