Effect of CS/n-Hap/GO-x wt% scaffolds with different GO contents on MC3T3-E1 cell proliferation at 1, 3, 5, and 7 days (n = 3). All measurement indicators in this study were quantitative data, which followed normal or nearly normal distribution. Descriptive statistics were employed, with one-way ANOVA used for pairwise comparisons between multiple groups and LSD for comparisons between groups. If variances were not homogeneous, Welch’s test was applied. Games-Howell test was used for comparisons between multiple groups. The significance level was set at α = 0.05.
