K-means clustering (k = 4) based on the mean spectral reflectance values across nine wavebands (400–800 nm), visualized in the PCA space for enhanced interpretation of group separation. Each bacterial isolate is colored by its assigned cluster and annotated according to its origin from either healthy or diseased coral colonies.
