This drawing presents how drivers, targets, and MTAs are connected in the digital drug-assignment system in the case of patient “Example 5” (Tables 1 and 2 and Supplementary Table 2). Panel a depicts the connections of the 11 MTAs used in SHIVA01 to the drivers and targets in case of patient “Example 5”. Panel b depicts the connections of all MTAs in the database of the computational system to the drivers and targets in case of patient “Example 5”.
