a pTc HROC113, (b) TiTc HROC113 and (c) pTc HROC285 underwent different (co-)culture conditions or were stimulated with tumor-specific peptides to increase their antitumor reactivity measured by degranulation assay after 5 h incubation with freshly prepared tumor cells. CD8+/CD107a+/IFNγ+ cells were considered tumor-reactive. Results were normalized to measurements of control Tc not incubated with tumor cells. p < 0.05 in t-test of sample vs. expanded T cell (*), control culture (#) or co-culture (&). Depicted are means of 2–6 biological replicates and the respective standard deviation.
