Risk-of-Bias 2 (RoB-2) tool was used to assess the risk of bias in five areas of RCTs: the randomization process, deviations from intended interventions, missing outcome data, evaluation of outcome, and selection of reported results. Low risk (green) refers to the number of studies that have a low risk of bias in the respective domain. Unclear (yellow) refers to the number of studies that have an unclear risk of bias in the respective domain due to a lack of information reported by the study. High risk (Red) refers to the number of studies that have a high risk of bias in the respective domain.
