The diagram shows the entire process of gait parameters acquisition, data processing, and data analysis. Difference analysis, ROC analysis, and correlation analysis are used to explore the objective gait alterations in early PD subtypes and to identify the potential gait biomarkers for early diagnosis, subtype differentiation, and disease severity monitoring. Here, the box plot is used to represent difference analysis (the center line and box indicate the median and interquartile range, respectively; the whiskers extend to the minimum and maximum).
