We separated the results of timeline data (vital signs and laboratory tests) and patient information data because those were fed into different layers (RNN or attention layer for timeline and fully connected layer for patient information) and the dimensions of timeline and patient information data were different. Direct comparison of SHAP values of those two data with the same scale was considered to be inappropriate.
