To facilitate easier viewing, we categorized the predictor nodes into four layers (indicated by four different colors) from bottom to top, excluding the outcome node “Lung cancer" (considered the 0th layer). The first layer is made up of the parent nodes of “Lung Cancer." The second layer includes the parent nodes of those in the first layer, and this pattern continues until all nodes are organized into four distinct layers.
