Each box represents the interquartile range (IQR), with the median marked as a horizontal line. Whiskers indicate 1.5 times the IQR, and individual points represent outliers. Both groups demonstrated clinically meaningful reductions in DASH scores over time, with no statistically significant difference between groups at follow-up (p = 0.351). A DASH score of zero is considered to have no impairments in daily living.
