  1. Anti-VSV-G nAb titers are expressed as the highest dilution of serum that results in 50% reduction in fluorescence when compared to vector treated with week 0 sera. The bold lines indicate the peak antibody responses post each immunization. 1:500 was the lowest dilution tested. Values of <500 indicate that a reduction in the percentage of GFP-positive cells was detected, but the reduction was lower than 50%. Values = 0 indicate that no reduction in GFP expression was observed at the indicated time points
