Aag2 (a, e), AF05 (b, f), Dcr2 knockout AF319 (c, g) and C6/36 (d, h) cells were co-transfected with plasmid expressing Cas13b (+ Cas13b) or ZsGreen (− Cas13b) and in vitro-transcribed guides at 10 ng (a–d) or 40 ng (e–h) per well. Each bar represents the mean values of firefly luciferase activity normalised to the Renilla luciferase activity (FF/RL), the whiskers are the standard deviation from three independent transfections with six replicates each and each dot represents a replicate.
